A celebrated black tea. Made from tiny golden buds in the Wuyi Mountains, Jin Jun Mei is smooth and malty with cocoa and honey notes and no harsh edge. Lovely hot.

How to brew

1Measure 1.5 tsp per 8 oz.
2Heat water to 203°F.
3Steep 1 to 2 min for a deep amber cup. Longer for a stronger one.
4Steep the same leaves again for your second and third cups.
5Good with dairy, oat or soy milk.

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat, light, and moisture. After opening, reseal tightly.
