Shipping policy

We pack every order by hand and send it on its way with care.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 states, P.O. boxes and military addresses (APO and FPO). We do not offer international shipping. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses can take a few days longer.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders of $50 or more within the United States. On smaller orders, standard shipping is a flat $2.99.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout. Its rate comes from the carrier and the speed you choose, and you will see it before you pay.

Free shipping on orders of $50 or more applies to standard shipping only. If you choose expedited shipping, its checkout rate applies to any order size.

When your order ships

Teas that are already blended ship within one business day.

Custom blends are hand mixed to order, so they ship within two business days.

Customized gift orders take 45 to 60 days to prepare after the order is finalized, with a minimum of 50 gift boxes.

How long delivery takes

That depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout. Once your order ships, standard shipping usually takes 7 to 8 business days. Expedited options arrive sooner, and each one shows its own estimate at checkout.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package on our website or on the carrier's website.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your order is delayed, write to us at info@enchanted-teas.com with your order number and we will help you find it.

If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, write to us. We will open a claim with the carrier, and if the parcel is lost we will send your order again.

If tracking says delivered but you cannot find your parcel, please check with your neighbors and your building's mail room, then email us within 7 days of delivery so we can work with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo. Our Refund policy explains what happens next.

Your shipping address

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, we will write to you, and we can send it again once you confirm the address, with shipping charged again.

Subscriptions

Your first subscription delivery ships like any other order. Each one after that ships on the schedule you chose, and you will get a shipping email with tracking each time. You can skip, pause or cancel any time from your account. Every subscription delivery ships free by standard shipping, whatever its total.

Packaging

Our four signature blends and every custom blend travel in hand painted tubes. Our other teas come in tins or kraft bags.
