Refund policy

This policy covers orders placed on our website.

Our teas are handcrafted in small batches, and we want each one to arrive just as we packed it. If something is not right, please write to us at info@enchanted-teas.com. We read every message and we will make it right.

All sales are final

We do not accept returns, and we do not offer refunds.

Tea is a food, so once it leaves us we cannot take it back or sell it again, whether the package is opened or not. This keeps every tin and tube on our shelf fresh for the next cup.

None of this affects any right you have under the law.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

Email us at info@enchanted-teas.com with your order number and a photo of the package and the tea. We will make it right.

Custom blends

A custom blend from Build your blend is hand mixed to order from the ingredients you chose, just for you. It cannot be returned, and it cannot be canceled once we have started mixing it.

Customized gift boxes

Customized gift orders are made for your occasion, with a minimum of 50 boxes and 45 to 60 days to prepare after the order is finalized. Once finalized, the order cannot be canceled.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but once an order has shipped we cannot change it.

Subscriptions

You can skip a delivery, pause, or cancel your subscription any time from your account. Sign in, open your subscription, and choose the change you want. To avoid being charged for the next delivery, make the change before its order date, which is shown in your account. A delivery that has already been charged and shipped is final, like any other order.

Gift cards

Gift cards never expire. They cannot be exchanged for cash, except that a balance under $5 is paid out on request, as Washington law requires.
