Welcome to Enchanted Teas. These terms apply when you visit www.enchanted-teas.com (the "Site"), buy our teas, or use our services. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you shop. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Enchanted Teas LLC ("Enchanted Teas", "we", "us") runs this Site on Shopify.

1. Using our Site

These terms cover your use of the Site and everything on it, including content, features, and services.

If you are under 18, please use the Site with a parent or guardian's permission.

2. Your account

You can shop as a guest or sign in with your email address to see your orders and manage any subscription. Please keep access to that email secure, since it is how you sign in. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.

3. Products, descriptions, and pricing

We work to describe our teas accurately, including ingredients, pricing, and availability. Errors can happen, and we may correct any mistake or omission, including after an order is placed.

Our teas are made from leaves and botanicals, so color, flavor, and leaf size can vary a little from batch to batch and from our photographs.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

4. Orders and payment

All orders depend on product availability and our acceptance.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are handled by secure third party payment processors. We do not store your card details.

We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud or for any other valid reason. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund it in full.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best, but once your order has shipped we may not be able to make changes.

5. Custom blends and customized gifts

Custom blends from Build Your Blend are hand mixed to order from the ingredients you pick. Because each one is made for you, a custom blend cannot be canceled once we start mixing it or returned afterward. See our Refund policy.

You can add a gift note in your cart, and we will tuck it into the parcel.

We offer customized gift options for special occasions. You can choose from our tea blends and packaging options to create a gift. Customized gift orders take 45 to 60 days to process after the order is finalized, and the minimum order is 50 gift boxes. To start one, write to us at info@enchanted-teas.com.

6. Subscriptions

Some of our teas can be bought as a subscription. When you subscribe:

• You agree that we will charge your saved payment method for each delivery, on the schedule you chose, at the subscription price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
• Your first delivery is charged and ships when you place the order. Each delivery after that is charged on its order date, shown in your account.
• You can skip a delivery, pause, or cancel any time from your account, with no fee. Make the change before the next order date to avoid that charge.
• If a payment fails, we will let you know by email and try again. If it keeps failing, your subscription may be paused or canceled.
• If we change a subscription's price, we will email you before it applies to your next charge, so you can cancel first.
• Subscription discounts apply to subscription deliveries only. Our first order offer applies to a subscription's first delivery only.
• Every subscription delivery ships free by standard shipping.

Our seasonal teas are not available by subscription.

7. Ingredients, allergens, and health

Every product page lists the tea's ingredients, its caffeine, and an allergen note. Teas made from the tea plant, green and white included, contain caffeine.

Allergen note: Packed in a WSDA facility in Washington that also processes wheat, soy, dairy, and nuts. Traces may be present. We cannot promise any tea is free of allergens. If you have a severe allergy, email us at info@enchanted-teas.com before you order. We will tell you what we know about the tea's ingredients and how it was packed.

Our teas are food, not medicine, and nothing on the Site is medical advice. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a health condition, please check with your doctor before trying a new tea or herbal blend.

8. Shipping and returns

We ship within the United States only. Shipping costs, timing, and what to do about a lost or damaged parcel are in our Shipping policy. At this time we do not accept returns; our Refund policy explains what we do when something arrives damaged or wrong.

9. Offers and gift cards

Discount codes and offers apply only as described when we make them, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may end or change at any time. Unless we say otherwise, only one discount code can be used per order.

Our first order offer is 10% off your first order, for newsletter subscribers who have confirmed their email address. The code is emailed to you once you confirm, works once, and expires 30 days after we send it. There is no minimum order. On a subscription it applies to the first delivery only.

Gift cards can be used on the Site toward any purchase. They never expire. They cannot be exchanged for cash, except that a balance under $5 is paid out on request, as Washington law requires.

10. Reviews and what you share with us

When you post a review or send us a photo, you let us show it on our Site and social pages with your first name `[confirm how Judge.me shows names]`. Reviews must follow our review guidelines, which are part of our Privacy policy; we may remove reviews that break them.

11. Intellectual property

Everything on our Site, including text, photographs, designs, logos, tube artwork, and product names, belongs to Enchanted Teas or is licensed to us. Please do not use it without our written permission.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows [NEW: that qualifier], Enchanted Teas is not liable for any damages that come from using, or being unable to use, our products or services, including incidental or consequential damages.

13. Your conduct

Please do not use our Site for anything illegal or harmful, including hacking, collecting data without permission, or anything that could harm the Site or other shoppers.

14. Links to other sites

Our Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new date, and using the Site after an update means you accept the new terms. Orders already placed follow the terms in place when you ordered.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Washington. Any dispute about these terms will be resolved in the courts located in Washington.
