Our teas are crafted with high-quality, natural ingredients including dried butterfly pea flowers, hibiscus flowers, lavender flowers, chamomile flowers, mint leaves, rose petals, ginger slices, turmeric, fennel seeds, chocolate nibs, orange peel, blueberries, goji berries, chrysanthemum, lemon verbena, spearmint, peppermint, fennel seeds, and licorice roots.

While not all of our ingredients are certified organic, we ensure that they are of the highest quality and sourced ethically. Our Lakadong turmeric, for example, is sourced from Meghalaya, India, and supports women farmers.

Each blend has specific brewing instructions, but generally, you should use 1-1.5 teaspoons of tea per cup (8 oz) of water, bring the water to the appropriate temperature, steep for the recommended time, and then strain and enjoy. Detailed instructions are available on our product pages.

Most of our blends are caffeine-free except for "Dusky Silvender," which contains Silver Needle white tea, a low-caffeine option.
